Self-check
60-second posture self-check
Six things you can see for yourself in a mirror, a side-on photo, and the soles of your shoes. No equipment, no measuring, and no posture grade at the end — just what you observed and what it usually means.
This is an educational tool, not a diagnosis. It can tell you what your answers commonly point to and what to ask about — only an in-person examination can tell you what is actually going on.
Question 1 of 6 · From the side
Take a side-on photo, standing relaxed. Where is your ear compared to your shoulder?
Get someone to take it, or use a timer. Stand as you normally stand — not as you stand when someone is photographing your posture.
