We do not accept insurance in our office. We are happy to provide a receipt for you to manually submit to your insurance provider. Additionally, We are a member of Chirohealth USA, which allows us to legally provide a discounted cash rate for any individual or family that is a member of the network. It is easy to enroll in, and we will sign you up in the office if you choose to do so. We are here to answer any additional questions you may have. We also accept HSA/FSA and offer flexible payment plans.
